Cancellations
If you cancel or terminate your travel bookings with us at any time after confirmation you will forfeit your deposit. In addition to this fee, there may be additional cancellation fees charged by the hotel, tour operator, cruise line, airline or other principal. Cancellation fees, applicable on a per person basis, are listed below:
• More than 80 days of schedule holiday departure: 90% refund;
• Between 60-79 days of scheduled holiday departure: 75% refund;
• Between 30-59 days of scheduled holiday departure: 50% refund;
• 29 days or less prior to scheduled holiday departure: No refund;
No refund can be guaranteed for cancellation after the tour has commenced or in respect of any tours, accommodation, meals or any other services not utilized. If we have to cancel or substantially change your travel booking / itinerary because of events outside of our control (this is very rare), we will, where possible, find you an alternative with hotels of a similar standard. Please ask your TravelManager, Linda for full cancellation conditions.
